    SQL Override using TagList

Is it possible to use an SQL Override on a grid based on the 'Contacts' table to display the 'Customer.TagList' rather than the 'Contacts.TagList'?

    Answer

    Hi andy,

Yes you can use an SQL override to accomplish what you're looking for however the grid search/filter functionality may not work correctly. If you don't mind me asking, why are you looking to show the Customer tag list? The reason I ask is because you can achieve the same result by applying the appropriate tags to the main customer contact.

    Ashur,

I know the default customer and contacts list utilises the 'Contacts' table, but we would also like to display tags from the main customer record on the same grid.
